This Privacy Policy explains how ReaperRags ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit reaperrags.com, make a purchase, or interact with us through email, SMS, or social media. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to email or SMS, leave a review, contact support, or apply to our creator program, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us), account login details, and the content of any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, time on site, and how you interact with products and links. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from platforms where you interact with us, such as Instagram or TikTok, and from our service providers, such as delivery status from carriers.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We share information only with providers that help us run the store. Each operates under its own privacy policy and is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

Shopify hosts our store, processes checkout, and stores order and customer data. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers you select at checkout such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Shopify Managed Markets and Global-e process international orders, including currency conversion, duties, and taxes.
Klaviyo powers our email and SMS marketing.
Judge.me collects and displays product reviews.
Track123 provides order tracking.
Shopify Collabs manages our creator program.
Shipping carriers receive your name, address, and contact details to deliver your order.
Meta, TikTok, and Google provide advertising and analytics tools that collect browsing and purchase activity on our site to measure ads and show you relevant content. You can manage ad preferences through those platforms and through your device settings.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to protect our rights and property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

Cookies are small files placed on your device that allow the site to function and let us understand how it is used. We use:

Cookies required for the site to work, such as those that keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and maintain your session during checkout.
Analytics cookies from Shopify and Google that help us understand traffic and behavior.
Advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok that track visits, product views, and purchases so we can measure and improve our ads.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent parts of the site, including checkout, from working.

EMAIL MARKETING

When you subscribe through our site, a popup, checkout, or a signup form, we will send you emails about drops, launches, restocks, promotions, and brand updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you have purchased from us, we may email you about similar products where the law allows, and you can opt out the same way.

SMS MARKETING

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from ReaperRags. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Full terms are in our SMS Terms of Service.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, as long as needed to fulfill and support your orders, and as long as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal purposes. Order records are kept for the period required by law even if you request deletion of your account.

SECURITY

Our site runs on Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliant payment processing. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate. By using our site you consent to this transfer.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or withdraw consent to marketing. To make a request, email services@reaperrags.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

OPTING OUT

Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
SMS: reply STOP to any message.
Advertising: adjust your ad settings on Meta and TikTok, and your device's ad tracking settings.
Account: email services@reaperrags.com to close your account.

CHILDREN

Our site is not directed to anyone under the age of majority in their place of residence. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
