yes. every piece is hand sourced, authenticated, washed, and inspected before it ships. no reproductions, no fakes.
can i change or cancel my order?

no. all sales are final once placed.
do you accept returns or exchanges?

no. all sales are final. if your piece arrives damaged or wrong, email services@reaperrags.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

why is vintage only one size?

every vintage piece is one of one. once it sells, it's gone. hellvex originals come in multiple sizes.
how do you size?

vintage is sized by the true measurements of the garment, not the tag. measurements are on every product page. every hellvex page has a size chart in inches and cm and the model's measurements. confirm fit before ordering, all sales are final.
shipping
how fast do you ship?

everything is premade and ships within 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. tracking hits your inbox as soon as it ships. check spam if you don't see it.
how much is shipping?

$7.99 flat in the us. free us shipping on orders over $100. international rates are calculated at checkout. we ship worldwide.
tracking says delivered but i don't have it.

check with neighbors and your local carrier first. if you still can't find it, email services@reaperrags.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
drops
when do vintage drops happen?

every friday at 7pm et. new pieces every drop, one of each. no restocks, no holds.
can i reserve a piece?

no. first come, first served. pieces go in minutes and most of the drop is gone overnight. set an alarm.
how do i know what's coming?

previews go up all week on ig @reaper.rags, the graveyard broadcast channel, and tt @reaperrags. vip sms gets in 10 minutes early.

what is hellvex?

our original line. designed in house, heavyweight, made before it's sold. exordium pt. 1 is live. pt. 2 is landing now.
are hellvex pieces one of one?

no. originals come in multiple sizes in limited runs. everything is premade and ships in 48 hours. no preorders. sizes that sell out may not come back.
