We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please carefully review all photos, description details, sizing, and measurements before purchasing.

VINTAGE CONDITION NOTICE

Many ReaperRags items are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind. Signs of natural wear, fading, distressing, aging, or minor imperfections are normal characteristics of vintage garments and are not considered defects.

Such characteristics will not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

LISTING ERRORS

If you believe:

• You received the wrong item

• There was a serious listing error

• An important detail was incorrect in the listing

SHIPPING DAMAGE

ReaperRags is not responsible for carrier damage, but we will help file claims when possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ReaperRags is no longer responsible for the package. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or inquire with your local post office or neighbors.

ReaperRags is not responsible for packages mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery.

SHIPPING DELAYS

ReaperRags is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, customs processing, or any circumstances outside of our control.
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, any delays or transit issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.
