The ReaperRags mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ReaperRags (“ReaperRags”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to ReaperRags’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ReaperRags through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Please carefully review all photos, description details, sizing, and measurements before purchasing.
VINTAGE CONDITION NOTICE
Many ReaperRags items are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind. Signs of natural wear, fading, distressing, aging, or minor imperfections are normal characteristics of vintage garments and are not considered defects.
Such characteristics will not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
LISTING ERRORS

SHIPPING DAMAGE
ReaperRags is not responsible for carrier damage, but we will help file claims when possible.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ReaperRags is no longer responsible for the package. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or inquire with your local post office or neighbors.
ReaperRags is not responsible for packages mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen after delivery.
SHIPPING DELAYS
ReaperRags is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, customs processing, or any circumstances outside of our control.
All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
